Welcome to the redesigned version of my blog, I hope you like the new aestetics and enjoy the new features, also I hope you like the new steampunkish surrealistic header illustration.
You can navigate the site using the buttons on the header, but remember, don't click on the telekinetic beaver-rat-thing, he doesn't like that, besides we all are just a dream of the beaver, if he wakes up we all will disapear, you know? That's not cool.

Behold the Ingenious Rudolfsteam Sled Apparatus, the extraordinary vehicle designed in 1880 by Sire Nicholas Sinterklaas Noël. An extremly contaminant, unconfortable and beautiful device feeded by a magic mushroom engine.
I know it's a bit late for this kind of christmasy illustration, but every day is a good day for some cool steampunkish stuff.

This is another concept for my book project The Crows' Parliament. In this one I wanted to try a different color palette than the previous ones. I hope you like it.

Steam in the Willows

This is another concept for my book project The Crows´ Parliament. As you can see is an homage to Kenneth Grahame's The Wind in the Willows and the wonderful art of Arthur Rackham. In my book some of the characters of Graham's book (and from other victorian child book classics) appear in a very different and pop-surrealistic way. I hope you like it.

Steam Town

This is another concept for Crows´ Parliament, a little view of the portuary zone of the victorian-steampunk-surrealistic Steam Town. The human character is a  scientist specialiced in fairys, in fact, the strange teapot-purse wich he is carrying is some kind of steampunk-fairy-trap.
This one is very close to the final style I wanted for the project, I hope you like it.

Fairy and Bird

This is another style concept for "Crows´ Parliament", my fantasy-popsurrealistic-steampunk book. For this project I´m looking for a very organic vintage look, and more cartoony than my previous works. I hope you like it.

Titania

This is Titania the queen of the fairies in the fantastic-pop-surrealistic version of the upcoming book "Crows´ Parliament". I experimented with a different style for this project, playing more with the line. I´ll post more illustrations for this project very soon.
